Uruguay can visit Turkey without a Visa. They need to have a valid and regular passport and can stay for up to three months.The nationals of a few countries can stay here for one and two months without a visa. People of Croatia, Indonesia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Slovenia, and Romania can stay for two months.
The citizens of Kazakhstan, Bolivia, Kirghizia, Republic of South Africa, and Maldives can stay here for a month without a visa.
